Adaptive Edge Founder, Michael Lindsay, Ph.D., draws on 20 years of experience as a clinical psychologist to help individuals and organizations align with their core purpose and achieve success. Since 2006, Michael has consulted locally, nationally, and internationally at over 15 leadership conferences. He has also provided leadership and organizational coaching to VP’s and Directors in industries including banking and financial services, entertainment and manufacturing.
Certified in using “Leading Managers 360,” FIRO-B, and WorkPlace Big 5 tools, Michael has created numerous individualized developmental action plans and provided follow-up coaching. His project experience includes roles as an Organizational and Leadership Development Consultant for The Guild, an Executive Leadership Coach for CUSTOMatrix and the Center for Creative Leadership as well as a Leadership Conference Staff Consultant for the University of San Diego and the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations.
